Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room as we booked a room with an extra large bed and we also had a sitting area and a gas fireplace! Very comfortable. We ate in the hotel but the restaurant was a bit soulless, but we didn't wish to drive out again and find somewhere else to eat. We hadn't paid for breakfast and the dining area was nearly empty at 8.00am. We just asked for coffee but the wonderful member of staff also brought us a couple of slices of toast each, very welcome.

Very close to the airport. They picked us up from the airport which was very convenient! Shuttle driver was great. The beds were super comfortable, hotel was quiet. Slept really well.

Close to Calgary Airport and had free shuttle service to Hotel. Rented a car that was at a Toyota Dealership that actually was within walking distance behind the hotel which was convenient. Although we had optimal weather in the 70 degree range with sunny skies.

The room was very clean and comfortable. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in in years. The location was ideal based on where we intended to go in the city.

Check-in staff were incredibly accommodating to my requests and were so polite when I checked in. The room was very clean and the mini kitchen was a beautiful touch. The bed was super comfortable.

Our shuttle driver tried and tried to call ahead to the restaurant but got stuck in an automated phone loop. Then once we got there and found they wouldn’t let us order at 1045, he found us a menu of a place that would deliver. He was fantastic! The front desk was meh. The room was clean, and the location near the airport was convenient.

I love that the staff were all friendly. I also liked the clean room and facilities. Meals in the restaurant were fabulous and I liked the Sundry area too. Some good choices. Finally, the shuttle service to the airport was amazing! Overall, thank you for a fabulous experience!

The rooms where very spacious. The bathroom is very good. Our room has a small kitchen sink which is very convinient to us. The AC is working really good, it was cold. Two days of stay we did not have issues with AC. Very friendly staff. One thing thet bothers me is the pool water that gave me some itchyness.

After a horrible experience at the Airport during the WestJet fiasco, I was awake for over 40 hours trying to get my new flight as well as my luggage. I called very early to ask for early check-in ,after I realized WestJet had me stranded in Calgary. The Front Desk staff , for a very small $25 fee managed to get me a room very early, it was nice to finally see customer service once again, after my horrible experience I had just received. The rooms were clean , the cleaning staff was very polite, ,;the dining staff was very nice and friendly. Thanks to all who work there.
